- Assets and pre-use checks: Run the check against a registered asset. A failed critical item takes the asset out of service until an authorized person who did not do the repair returns it.
- Inspections: Publish the checklist as a versioned template, schedule or assign it, and keep each completed record with signatures bound to the answers.
- Corrective actions: A failed item opens one corrective action. Closing it needs evidence, and the person who fixed it cannot verify their own fix.
- Permits to work: Your own permit types with plan approval, issue at the location, isolation applied and verified by different people, handover and handback. Conformata supplies no approved regulatory permit content.
