- Assets and pre-use checks: Run the check against a registered asset. A failed critical item takes the asset out of service until an authorized person who did not do the repair returns it.
- Inspections: Publish the checklist as a versioned template, schedule or assign it, and keep each completed record with signatures bound to the answers.
- Corrective actions: A failed item opens one corrective action. Closing it needs evidence, and the person who fixed it cannot verify their own fix.
- Training and competency: Versioned courses, attendance, and competency decisions recorded by an assessor, never by the person assessed.
